2023–Current
–The LEGO® Group
My journey at the LEGO Group has been about creating alignment at scale.
I initially joined the enterprise Design System team, helping evolve the foundations that enable teams across the organization to design and build consistent, accessible, and scalable digital experiences. Working across disciplines, I contributed to governance models, design standards, and adoption strategies that strengthened collaboration between design and engineering.
More recently, my focus has shifted toward Service Design and Product Strategy, where I work with product, engineering, and business leaders to redesign complex enterprise services. Through research, workshop facilitation, journey mapping, and service blueprinting, I help connect customer needs, operational realities, and business objectives into coherent solutions.

2020–2023
–Mitigram
My journey at Mitigram was about making complex financial services feel human.
I joined Mitigram to help reimagine how businesses access and manage trade finance. Working across product design, research, and strategy, I collaborated with teams throughout the organization to simplify sophisticated financial processes and create experiences that customers could easily understand and trust.
Over time, my focus expanded toward service design and cross-functional alignment. Through research, stakeholder facilitation, journey mapping, and systems thinking, I helped connect customer needs, business goals, and technical capabilities into coherent solutions that supported both growth and adoption.

2018–2020
–Hive Streaming
My journey at Hive Streaming was about making complex technology feel simple and accessible.
I joined Hive Streaming as part of a multidisciplinary product team focused on improving how organizations communicate through enterprise video. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, I helped design experiences that simplified complex technical capabilities and enabled customers to deliver reliable, large-scale video experiences across their organizations.
As the company evolved, my role expanded beyond product design into service design, research, and product strategy. Through customer interviews, workshop facilitation, journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration, I helped align user needs, technical realities, and business priorities into solutions that improved both customer experience and organizational effectiveness.
